Privacy & Security PoliciesTRD Manufacturing respects the privacy of its customers. Any information that you provide will be used by TRD and its authorized distributors to process your order and provide customer service & technical support assistance.
TRD requires your e-mail address to process an order or product request. Your e-mail address serves as your login to the system to place an order or product request or to view account information. We also send you an Order Confirmation and Shipping Notification via e-mail. If you need to be contacted by Customer Service in order to finalize your order, this will be handled via e-mail as well.
While not required, we recommend that you provide your phone number as well. This will
allow TRD Customer Service or UPS to contact you by phone if necessary
for order processing and shipping. TRD values your privacy. At no time
will your phone number sold or utilized for telemarketing purposes. TRD
will share contact and order information with your local TRD
distributor to ensure the best product support and service.
TRD has incorporated extensive security measures to ensure the security of our e-Commerce application and the information that you provide. TRD utilizes a secure credit card processing service from Authorize.Net. For Web orders, your credit card information is passed securely through a payment gateway. TRD does not retain any credit card information. Only the last four digits of your credit card appear on your Order Confirmation & Shipping Notification documents and Order History inquiries.
We will revise our Privacy and Security policies occasionally. These changes will be posted to this page. We encourage you to review these guidelines and other policies periodically.
