TRD’s e-Commerce application can be accessed directly at www.e-TRDMfg.com. A link is also provided off the "Support" tab on TRD’s main Web site, www.TRDMfg.com. Yes. You can order products from Bimba Manufacturing, TRD's parent company, over the Web as well. Bimba's e-Commerce application can be accessed directly at www.e-Bimba.com. A link is also provided off the "Order Info" tab on Bimba's main Web site, www.Bimba.com.

Can I combine Bimba products with my TRD product order? No, not at this time.How do I order TRD products over the Web?
You begin by clicking on the “Configure / Add Item to Cart” tab. TRD currently offers several series for online customization, choose the series which best meets your needs. ![]() Once a series has been selected, a detailed list of available mounts, bores, options and modifications will become available. Choose the options which best meet your needs. Detailed information on all options is available, just click the small (?) to the left of each option! ![]() When you are done creating your product click "Order Online". This will add the configured product to your shopping cart. You may continue to add additional items by clicking "Continue Shopping" from the shopping cart screen. How do I checkout and finalize my TRD Web order? When you have completed adding items to your cart, you click on the “Checkout” button. If you are a registered customer, you can sign on to the system. If you are a new customer, click on the “Create a new account” button to register your e-mail address and select a password. Once you are logged in to your account, your shipping information is displayed. You may click on the Billing address ”same as” button, if applicable, to expedite checkout. After you enter your credit card information, you may click on the “Continue” button to proceed with checkout. We recommend that you provide your phone number as well. This will allow TRD Customer Service or UPS to contact you by phone if necessary for order processing and shipping. TRD values your privacy. At no time will your phone number sold or utilized for telemarketing purposes. TRD will share contact and order information with your local TRD distributor to ensure the best product support and service. You are then provided a Review Summary page. If all information is correct, you may check the “agree to terms and conditions” box and then click on the “Place Order” button. You will receive a message back indicating that your order has been processed. If you receive a “Thank you for your request” message, it indicates that your request has been forwarded to Customer Service for review. A TRD representative will contact you promptly via e-mail to assist. If you have further questions or need assistance, you can contact us via e-mail or phone (see contact information below). Why is my e-mail address required?
We utilize your e-mail address as your login to the system to place an order or view account information. We also send you an Order Confirmation and Shipping Notification via e-mail. If you need to be contacted by Customer Service in order to finalize your order, this will be handled via e-mail as well. TRD only charges sales tax in California, Illinois, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas. If you are ordering from one of these states, you are exempt from sales tax if TRD has a current, signed copy of your resale or exemption certificate on file. Please indicate during checkout whether you are tax exempt. You can fax, e-mail or mail your resale or exemption certificate to us.

Yes. You will receive an Order Confirmation via e-mail when your order is received. No. In order to minimize your freight charges, your order will be held until all line items can be shipped. Yes. You will receive a Shipping Notification via e-mail when your order is shipped along with any available tracking numbers. Your credit card is charged when you click on the “Place Order” button during checkout. TRD makes all cylinders to order and can begin manufacturing parts within minutes of an order being submitted. . No. TRD utilizes a secure credit card processing service from Authorize.Net. For Web orders, your credit card information is passed securely through a payment gateway. TRD does not retain any credit card information. Only the last four digits of your credit card appear on your Order Confirmation & Shipping Notification documents and Order History inquiries.
Yes. Since products are made-to-order and usually ship in a few days, TRD begins processing your order immediately. Fees to change or cancel an order will be based upon the percentage of the work that is complete and quoted on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation fees generally run from 15% to 45%. Contact sales@trdmfg.com as soon as possible to minimize order change or cancellation fees. TRD will provide pricing and information on how to change or cancel an order.
Order requests, where a credit card transaction has not taken place, are not subject to this policy. What is TRD’s warranty policy?
All TRD products are warranted against defects in workmanship or material under normal conditions and usage for a period of three (3) years from the date of shipment. Your exclusive remedy in the event of such defect is to return the product to our factory for repair, replacement or refund. Before returning goods to TRD, contact sales@trdmfg.com to obtain an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number for tracking packages. This warranty does not cover products which have been subject to misuse, negligence, accidents, misapplication, or tampering in any way so as to affect their normal performance. TRD shall not be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages. TRD gives no warranty, express or implied, as to merchantability, fitness for particular purpose as sold, description, quality or any other matter beyond that specified above. TRD does not assume, nor authorize anyone else to assume for it, any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale or use of its products.
Product enhancements resulting from continuing quality improvement efforts may necessitate changes in product specifications without notice.

New and unused items can be returned for credit and will be subject to a restocking charge of 45% of the selling price. All items submitted for return must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from TRD by calling 815-654-7775. You will be asked to provide a brief description of the return reason / problem and provide return contact information. Send the products with proper packaging material to avoid shipping damage to the address below. The RGA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.

RGA# TRD is not responsible for any shipping charges or damages for the return of the product to TRD Manufacturing. It is the responsibility of the sender to provide for all shipping, handling and insurance charges. TRD will evaluate and process the return claim in a timely manner and update you on the product’s disposition.
